What we do

We advise and train private and public sector clients globally to negotiate better results,

as well as improve future communication and relationships, as they navigate complex negotiations such as those with many parties or multiple cultures. Our goal is to improve capacity for analyzing negotiation structure and dynamics as part of developing within our clients a deeper understanding of negotiation as a tool for future opportunities.

The Practice has three activities:

Advise organizations and individual clients who are navigating complex negotiations, especially those that have:
  • multiple parties at multiple levels
  • cultural and value differences
  • contested or uncertain data and knowledge, and
  • power imbalances

Design and deliver professional workshops on crucial negotiation and conflict resolution skills for individuals and organizations.

Coach individuals and teams in organizations to develop their negotiation and leadership skills.
